Prime shipping and packaging
ROBOROCK INDIA provides prime shipping and packaging to all our customers.
Before shipping the product:

We inspect each product for damages and defects before packing;

We pack robot vacuum cleaners into extra strong 5-layer corrugated boxes and attach all safety stickers to avoid any chance of damage within delivery process;

Our employees follow all COVID-19 safety measures, wear N95 masks during packaging, keep distance and use gloves for packing each order;

We record video of the packaging process on CCTV camera to avoid any errors.
We ensure a fast on-time delivery and safe shipping through timely communication at each stage. We will start processing within few hours as soon as the order is received. You are informed at every stage and you will receive notifications when the order is placed, processed, shipped, and delivered. The Buyer agrees that the title to the goods is transferred to the buyer at the time of placing the Order and dispatch confirmation thereof irrespective of Shipping of Goods and COD which are to be done in due course being a separate chargeable facility.
Please notice that we do not own any courier services and are dependent on third party couriers that deliver orders. Once the order is processed, we send an automated SMS with dispatch details that can be tracked on the courier company’s website.
Courier companies make errors now and then, deliveries maybe delayed sometimes due to various reasons like lockdown, shortage of staff, road closures, vehicle breakdown, natural calamities etc., but we make everything is possible to make sure you receive your order. Since we do not offer cash on delivery (COD) due to COVID-19, we take responsibility to ensure deliveries are done and if there is an error by the courier company we will take necessary actions to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If shipment has been misrouted by courier company or undelivered and returned, we can ship order again. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change address and contact number, so please make sure that you mentioned correct details at the time of placing an order. Courier companies may inspect the package and such action will be demanded by government authorities. During such situation all risks are borne by courier partners and it is subjected to their terms.
Estimated Shipping Time
ROBOROCK INDIA process and ship orders within a time frame specified on the product page. Orders are shipped only on business days, public holidays and Sundays are excluded.
Processing time:
For products that are in stock in India - 1-2 days
For pre-ordered products: 7-24 days
Shipping time is based on the following factors:
Location of the customer
The average shipping time: 2-3 days for customers from Karnataka and Telangana, 3-7 days for customer from other states.
Please check time by time the tracking status of shipment and if you notice any irregular remarks by courier company or shipment is delayed, inform us immediately, so we can escalate case with courier company.
Pre-order
Some products are available only for pre-order. It means that product is not available on Indian warehouse, but it is ordered from abroad supplier and we are waiting when stock will arrive in India.
Pre-ordered products can be cancelled any moment due to stock shortage or time of dispatch can be delayed due to cancellation of cargo ship/flight, delay in customs clearance. In that unfortunate case we will inform you in advance and you have right to cancel order and get full refund.
Average processing time of pre-ordered products - 7-24 days - it includes whole supply process - from the time when we source product from manufacturer, deliver and import clearamce to India.
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. When you place an order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to:

bad weather and other natural calamities;

flight delays;

political disruptions;

other force majeure events.
If we receive such notifications from courier companies, we will contact you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
