Product can be returned within 3 days from the time of delivery of the product to customer's address for the following reasons:
- Product has manufacturing defect
- Product was damaged within delivery process to customer

Non-returnable items:
- Replacement accessories and parts
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

In case of return due to damaged product received, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, we will request photo/video of the shipping box and product before authorizing return.
In case of return of the used product due to a manufacturing defect, there must be solid evidence of defect - we will request a photo/video of the product prior to authorizing return.

Product must returned in the original packaging with all accessories, parts, manual book, warranty card etc.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be initiated and credited to original payment method within 1-3 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 1-3 working days for bank to process the transaction.
If 1-3 working days have passed, try to contact your bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@roborockindia.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We provide replacement for the products that have solid proof of the major and critical manufacturing defect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

We are only responsible for paying shipping cost for returning of product that was proven to be delivered in damaged condition or has manufacturing defect. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning product for other reason than manufacturing defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The shipping time of replacement may vary depending on location of customer, usually it takes 3-7 days.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, kindly mail us at Payment gateway charges needs to be borne by the customer in case of prepaid orders.

We reserve all rights to cancel any order for any reason. Orders may be cancelled for the following reasons:
Unavailability of the product
- Errors in the details provided(us or customer)
- Problems identified by Credit and Fraud Avoidance department

In the unfortunate case of an order being cancelled by us, we will keep you posted on the same and 100% of your payment will be credited back to your bank account.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation is possible only if the product has not been shipped by us.

Zero Tolerance for return policy abuse

We have Zero Tolerance for return policy abuse. Any attempts to misuse and abuse the return policy will be halted and prosecuted by law.
We have the right to reject returns, any further warranty service and after-sale support, if the customer makes the following actions with intention to get refund:
- If customer returns product with a false claim that product has manufacturing defect
- if customer returns different product than we sold and shipped
- if customer makes a false claim that different product was received
- if customer returns product that was purchased from other company
- if customer makes a false claim that product was damaged during delivery
- if customer returns product that was misused, damaged partly or fully, dismantled partly or fully, serial number sticker tampered or removed and with signs of unauthorized servicing
- if customer uses the product and tries to return it for any other reason than manufacturing defect or product fault.
